Enhancement of Brand and Presence — Including redevelopment of corporate identity, stationery, alumni communications efforts, print collateral, public website and internal portal, Introduction Knoxville brochure
In 2007, Leadership Knoxville (LK), a non-profit organization committed to raising awareness about community issues, providing networking opportunities and enhancing leadership skills partnered with Bluegill Creative for brand enhancement, image-building and website development.
Through research and fact-finding, the Bluegill team developed a new corporate identity program and guided the LK leaders down an educational path to understand and embrace the new identity, which was officially launched in the summer of 2008.
The new identity program included:
- Creation of a new core corporate logo with sub-branding of various organizational programs that are part of Leadership Knoxville. The new identity is reflective of the organization’s primary vision and mission within the community.
- Redesign of stationery, letterhead, business cards and other organizational materials to reflect the new logo and branding.
- Creation of a style guide designed to bring consistency to the updated identity over the long term.
- Custom design and development of a comprehensive website and alumni portal built around current technologies and designed to portray the new corporate identity, showing continuity of theme, and capable of being easily maintained and updated by LK staff from their desktop with no additional software.
- Ongoing creation of brochures, invitations, collateral and marketing materials that support the new brand and build awareness of the organization’s programs.
