Challenge — Founded in 2001, Integracon is an innovative technology firm offering a wide range of support services to clients across the region. The company had grown primarily through referrals and relationships with no formal marketing plan. A combination of computer technicians and offshore developers had created many disparate marketing efforts. The firm asked Bluegill to help with lead generation of B2B clients and to raise awareness of the companies expert IT services.

Solution — Bluegill developed a plan to bring about consistency to Integracon’s brand identity and products — including renaming several of them — and establishing language and images that convey a sense of friendliness and approachability unusual in the technology field. Once in place, we launched a new website with a heavy reliance on a social media plan and SEO strategies to drive traffic. The result has been a 5-fold increase in qualified leads through online means.
